The Story
What would happen if the clans never left the forest? Well, they would have died out, and that was what happened. Cats sat waiting until the twolegs eventually stopped. The number of monsters and noise was huge and prey was either run over, left or just disappeared without obvious reason. Some cats, like Graystripe became kittypets, leaving their past behind them and forgetting their warrior names. ShadowClan retreated into the twolegged nest. Taking over BloodClan and eventually, even that clan broke up. Only rogues and Loners wondered the streets for a long time. Quarreling over valuable food.
A few years later one cat, named Hazel gathered up a group of cats, telling them she wanted to recreate the clans. She asked one cat to run FallClan, another MistClan, for her SnowClan. She asked other cats to join and then they picked up their forces, and on their way to new lands they picked up more cats, Rogues and Loners and Kittypets. Slowly they arrived in an unknown land. Hazelstar sent out the clans, showing them their territory and their borders and even the gathering area.
Time passed, Hazelstar died and another cat took her place. His name was Kindlestar, an ambitious cat who's answer was to fight all the time. He was the strongest but brought the clan to turmoil and it destroyed the others. The clans went wrong, badgers murdered clanmates and foxes took the kits. Kindlestar fought for territory declaring Mistclan the strongest and fiercest. Hazelstar would have killed herself nine times over if she was there to see the unwinding of her very own clan.
Kindlestar died and Thornstar took his place. Thornstars deputy Larkpelt died from a badger attack. Deeply scarred he did not want to choose another deputy. Thornstar died shortly after from the river that swept through their home and the clan was in disaster. The murders carry on and the four clans have rogues and loners pushing at the border, foxes and badgers are impossible to be rid of and clans turn on one another. Getting friends is not the answer, its enemy's.
Good luck in keeping, alive!
